We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for Royal Mail First Class, recorded delivery.
In most of the UK, you order will typically reach you in 3 to 6 working days from the date of despatch.

For Europe, it is 6-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £9.95 per order.
For the rest of the world we work on the following: 6-10 working days from the despatch of order for the normal service with a cost of £19.95 per order.

All deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and should you require clarification on (for example) what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods and a signature is required please contact the carrier direct.

Certain Fabrics reflect light differently, depending on lighting conditions, resulting in potential variations in appearance shown on the website.  Therefore Colours depicted should only be used as a guideline.

 

For non-lingerie items (such as shoes for example), our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods and any returns must be received by us within that period.  You need to contact us before you send the items back so we can give you a return reference; this is very important and we cannot offer refunds if the items have been returned to us without a return reference. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items will not be charged again for delivery.  Charges for postage on returned goods will be borne by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep the proof of posting.
